How many calories should I actually be eating? We build free, fast, no-nonsense calculators that answer those questions in seconds — currently 12 tools across finance, everyday math, and health.

Our standards

Every calculator on this site uses the standard, industry-accepted formula for its job — the same amortization equation your lender uses, the same Mifflin-St Jeor equation dietitians reference, the same WHO ranges for BMI. We show the formula and a worked example below every tool, because an answer you can't verify isn't worth much.
